    1. CONSULTANT LITIGATION SOLICITOR – Flexible / Hybrid Working (Enfield)

      We are seeking a talented and motivated Consultant Litigation Solicitor to join our growing team at our Enfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking greater flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a forward-thinking and supportive practice.

      About the Role

      You will handle a varied and interesting caseload, including:

      • Landlord and tenant disputes

      • Lease renewals and rent reviews

      • Real estate and development disputes

      • Property-related professional negligence claims

      • Easements and possession actions

      Who We’re Looking For

      We welcome applications from solicitors with 1–5 years PQE, although we are happy to hear from candidates outside this range who have relevant experience and enthusiasm for this area of law.

2) Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team at Nova Solicitors in Enfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving and forward-thinking practice where you’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

Your work will include:

  • Residential property sales and purchases

  • Leasehold and freehold transactions

  • Remortgages and transfers of equity

  • Land Registry applications and title reviews

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and deeds

  • Shared ownership and new build transactions

  • Advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)

  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals

Candidate Requirements

We welcome applications from solicitors with 1–5 years PQE in residential conveyancing. However, if your experience falls outside this range, we still encourage you to apply — we are open to candidates with the right skills and enthusiasm.
Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
